Consultations:

• A personal walk around of your property

• Assessment of the present condition of the landscape including ID of existing plants, sunlight, water sources and other factors

• Discussion of ideas; likes, dislikes, how you wish to use the outdoor space, amount of time to spend on maintenance, budget and more

• A conceptual design is sketched of the proposed area

Design

• A complete, ‘to scale’ drawing using professional landscape design software

• Shows locations of all plants, decks, patios, pathways, lawn areas, garden art and more in relation to the house

• Makes suggestions for materials to be used for decks, pathways, fences, etc.

•  A complete plant list, including pictures if requested

Coaching:

For those people wishing to install the design themselves, I will work with you and guide you through the various stages of the installation. For those people who want someone else to do it, please contact Kathy for a walk through and quote.
